"Decent site, just a little clunky"
The site does the job if you’re just looking for basic info, but I had to click around more than I expected to find certain pages, not the end of the world, just a bit annoying. The mobile version was okay too, though it felt a little slow and kind of messy in a few spots. Overall, usable, but it could definitely be smoother

"Fees weren’t really clear upfront"
I thought I had a good idea of the cost, but then they showed up later and it felt like the fees weren’t explained clearly enough.

"The credential verification was more annoying than..."
The credential verification was more annoying than I expected. It dragged on for too long, and I didn’t feel super confident reaching out to customer service since I usually don’t trust them to actually fix things quickly. Just a frustrating experience overall.

"Support Took a While"
They did help me in the end, but the replies were REALLY slow. I appreciated that it got sorted out eventually, but waiting around for updates was a bit frustrating.

"Accessibility wasn’t what they made it sound like"
I was disappointed because the wording made it seem like accessibility was actually considered, but it really didn’t feel that way. There were no captions, no easy way to get help, and when I asked about access, I felt kind of brushed off. It came across like accessibility was just added to the description to sound good, not something they actually planned for.

"Solid CE options, even if I still compare it to others"
I’ve been using AAMA mainly for CE, and it’s been reliable. I’m kind of torn because I’ve used a couple other resources I’m comfortable with too, so I don’t always feel 100% loyal to one place. But AAMA usually has enough options that I can find something that works for recertification without spending forever searching.

The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 for me is the website. It feels a little dated in spots, and every now and then I have to click around more than I’d like to figure out where I’m going. Still, it gets the job done and keeps my credits organized well enough, so I keep coming back...

"I signed up for an exam..."
I signed up for an exam on aama-ntl.org, and the whole thing felt sorta clunky. A couple pages were slow to load, and I kept going back to double-check my info because it wasn’t super clear whether everything had actually saved.
The payment did go through, but I didn’t get a clear confirmation right away, which made me a little nervous. I ended up digging through my email and the site just to make sure I was actually registered.
It all worked out in the end, but it was sorta more stressful than I expected. The process could really use a simpler, clearer flow so people aren’t left wondering what’s happening.

I tried logging into my account a bunch of times and it just kept failing for no obvious reason. Even doing the password reset didn’t fix it, which made it even more frustrating. There wasn’t really a clear error message either, so I had no idea what was going on. I just needed to check something quickly, and it turned into a whole hassle. Not a great experience, honestly...

"Scheduling Turned Into a Hassle"
I was hoping booking would be quick and easy, but finding an open slot was harder than expected. I kept checking back to see if anything opened up, and this is where it got annoying because it felt like I had to keep refreshing and rearranging my plans just to make it work.

"Refund took a little while, but it was sorted"
I ended up cancelling my membership because I just wasn’t really using it anymore. The cancellation option was... not the easiest thing to find at first, but once I contacted support, they got back to me the next day and confirmed everything without making it a hassle.
The refund showed up on my card about a week later. It wasn’t instant, but it did come through like they said it would. Overall, it was a fair experience — I just wish the steps were a bit clearer from the start

"Practice material didn’t really line up"
The site itself was easy to use, but the practice questions didn’t match my actual exam as much as I expected. A few topics were helpful, but a lot of it felt either too basic or just not close to what I ended up seeing. What frustrated me most was that some of the answers felt inconsistent, like one explanation would say one thing and another question would handle it differently. It made it harder to trust the material...

I tried to get some basic info from them. It ended up being really confusing. The replies were vague. I had to guess what they meant most of the time. There were no clear steps. No real answers either. It made everything way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Didn't really help my career at all!!!"
I joined thinking it might actually help me move up or open some doors, but nothing really changed!!! I didn’t make any useful connections, and the career guidance just wasn’t there for me!!! In the end, it felt like I spent my time on something that didn’t really pay off!!!

"I really wanted this certification to matter"
I went into this certification feeling hopeful, like it was going to give me a boost or at least make my resume stand out a little more. But after finishing it, I felt kind of let down. When I brought it up with employers, most of them didn’t seem impressed or didn’t even really comment on it, which was frustrating after putting in the time and money. Part of me still feels glad I completed something, but overall, I was expecting it to open more doors than it did. So yeah, I’m a bit disappointed and not sure I’d say it was worth it for me.

I took a look at aama-ntl.org i just didn’t get a good feeling about it. Some of the info was vague, and I couldn’t find enough details to feel comfortable using it. Maybe it’s legit, but the whole thing left me with too many questions. At one point I was like, what a joke, because if a site wants people to trust it, it should be way clearer. I’d definitely be careful before sharing anything there

I’ve gotta say the member discounts actually helped me more than I expected, I signed up mostly just to try it out and ended up saving a decent amount on stuff I was going to buy anyway so that was a nice surprise.
